Over the course of eight guided sessions, women come together not to fix each other—but to find themselves. Through reflection, gentle facilitation, and shared growth, they begin to let go of survival mode and step into something new: transformation.

Professional facilitation by a licensed therapist who keeps the space safe, grounded, and growth-focused
Each week builds on the last, offering gentle momentum. You won't be pushed—you’ll be supported.
That’s perfectly okay. Many of our participants are first-timers. Some say very little at first. Some cry. Some just listen. All are welcome.
